Michael J. Imbornone was awarded his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and earned a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Imbornone served as Editor-in-Chief of the PSU Environmental Law Review. While at the Dickinson School of Law, he participated in internships with MidPenn Legal Services and the JAG office of the U.S. Army War College, in Carlisle, PA. Following law school, Mr. Imbornone clerked for the Honorable Michael A. George in the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, PA.
Mr. Imbornone concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, toxic and mass torts, and products liability. Mr. Imbornone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Imbornone is active in the Allegheny County Bar Association. He routinely acts as an Inspector of Elections within Pine Township, Allegheny County, PA, where he resides with his family. Mr. Imbornone has experience handling a variety of cases and possesses the skills necessary to manage many of the complex subject matters that Willman & Silvaggio deals with on a daily basis.
