About Michael A. Muha

Michael A. Muha is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial disputes, product liability law, and appellate practice. He has represented an array of business entities in every level of state and federal court in Pennsylvania, as well as numerous other state courts, federal district courts, and federal appellate courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Muha worked as a law clerk at Dickie McCamey. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Carlota M. Bohm of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Maurice B. Cohill, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
