About Jonathan Micah Stewart

Close to twenty years ago I lost a good friend and two close family members in a tragic car accident caused by the negligence of others.  My brother was the lone survivor but suffered extensive injuries.  I personally witnessed the hardship this caused my family and the other families involved.  For the past 18 years I have been fortunate and privileged to represent others, like my friend and family members, who have been injured or even killed, through no fault of their own.  Nothing makes me happier than to make a difference in their lives, and the lives of their family members by aggressively pursuing the compensation that they rightly deserve. I represent people.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
