Jeffrey T. Criswell is a Shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business torts, commercial transactions law, outside general counsel services, shareholder rights, and trade secret law, with a particular emphasis in commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Dickie McCamey, Mr. Criswell practiced for ten years at other firms in Pittsburgh in the areas of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, and outside general counsel services. During law school, he served as a Criminal Division intern to the Honorable Philip A. Ignelzi of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County as well as the Honorable Cynthia Reed Eddy of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Criswell was an intern with the Appeals Unit of the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office.
