Be careful hiring this attorney for criminal matters. It is clear that Franklin stretches proceedings in order to charge his client more and more. His strategy is to show how many appearances he makes in order to charge some of his clients higher amount as agreed. This review is based on one purported and fabricated criminal case with many grounds for dismissal, which would end the case with one appearance. I hope Franklin reads this because he knows which case I am referring to and he could have raised or file an appropriate application in August of 2024. My friend could have the case dismissed and avoid 4 appearances.
