Hired Attorney Lea Bickerton

Once I hired her it took over a year for my case to go to court waiting for a decision that could have been expedited. Only time she would respondis when money was involved. Had key information in court and wouldn't use it. Cross examination was non-existent. Didn't use key witnesses in court. No game plan for the court proceeding all she did was refute and write a case brief. Let the prosecution have unfair advantages and never tried to fight it. Would never answer calls. No professionalism.

Hired Law Firm

Nothing was professional consistently lied to. Case was froze for over a year and could have been expedited. No witnesses were used at all and one was the biggest key to winning the case. Had information deeming the prosecutions witnesses not credible which was another key. Gave the prosecution ever advantage to win the case by letting their witnesses testify by telephone and through video conference. Never even tried to prove the intent. Had evidence to win the case didn't use it. Terrible firm
