He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Political Science in 2003 and from Law School with Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006, he is a member of Phi Alpha Delta in Law School; he has served as City Attorney for Southwest City, Missouri from 2007 to the present time and City Attorney for Lanagan, Missouri beginning in 2011. He is a member of the Newton/McDonald County Bar Association and was its President during 2008.

He was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association in 2006.

His representative clients are the City of Southwest City, City of Lanagan, Credit World Auto Sales, LLC, USA Tank Sales and Erection Company, Inc., Shac, LLC.
