I contacted Ms. Wilcox on a commercial lease issue for which I paid her for her time. I followed her advice (which proved to be incorrect) and when litigation ensued and I contacted her about representing me, she failed to return calls for over a week and then said she was too busy. I don't have a problem with her not representing me, I have a problem when you give advice that was against the statute which I didn't find out until it was too late and then not communicate to me.
Incompetent. Horrible. Destroyed my case. Her rate is cheap and you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. She didn't even know how to file simple paperwork with the court. The incompetence is astounding. Run away!!
