Lee C. Kit McCahren should not be practicing law. He had suggested payment arrangements with sex. He was bragging about how he drugged and sexual assaulted a legal assistant who had mental health issues.
I hired him to represent me in a custody case. After a year of false promises and a retainer I was further away from getting this case in court than I was a year prior. There was a correspondence that went unresponded for over a month. I feel that he was much more interested in billable hours than he was in representing me in this case. The money is not my issue. Having to spend over a year with less time with my children then starting again at square one is.
