Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC is the company;'s corporate attorneys of record. Bernard Coleman Jr is the member who handles all of our corporate services needs. Bernard is extremely knowledgeable as it pertains to Corporate Securities. He has been invaluable to us as we are in the midst of a private offering. He has been great at anticipating our need and making sure that we are in compliance as a newly formed corporation.
