Stephanie Monroe Wilson

is certified to practice law in Arizona and Washington D.C. She graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law with her Juris Doctor in 1995. Mrs. Wilson received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992 and has been a partner in the law firm of Stoops, Denious, Wilson & Murray, P.L.C. since 2000. Her areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate, contract, construction defects, homeowner associations, loan fraud, lender representation, lender liability, appraiser liability and home inspector liability.

Mrs. Wilson is also a licensed in Arizona as real estate agent. She taught as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at the Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1997 through 2010, teaching real estate law each year and probate law for two semesters. Mrs. Wilson also teaches classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. She has been on the faculty for continuing real estate law seminars, including Mold is Gold and Real Estate Law from A to Z in Arizona and authors several articles each year for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, since 2000. These articles cover topics on construction law, homeowners’ associations, home inspectors, appraisers, real estate disclosure, foreclosure and general real estate law matters. In addition, Mrs. Wilson has taught continuing legal education for Arizona attorneys on various real estate law issues.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
