The best !! I had filed for Bankruptcy years prior and my Attorney assured me that I could not file for Chapter 7 and get rid of my I.R.S. debt. He charged me over $3,000.00 and didn't file the required paperwork to my auto loan holder so that I could re-affirm my car. I paid on both of my vehicles for over a year and went to purchase a new car only to find out that both vehicles were on my credit report. When I called the lien holder they said that they never received documents from my attorney to reaffirm.
