Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Black

I retained Mike Black for an organized crime case involving marijuana in 2002, paid a $50,000 cash retainer in 2004 however remained on the DEA Most Wanted List until me capture in 2017. Details are complex but I was held at Core Civic Florence Arizona for 13 months. Black at first claimed no retainer paid, testified at Joe Arpaio case but left me with public defender before making substitution for my CJA Attorney three months later, asked for $15K more on second contract, and the issues I experienced are so serious I filed State Bar Case FA21-0089 and won, legal malpractice case in Superior Court pending 3/2023 CV-2022-009325 and learned Michael V Black, Criminal Justice Act Panelist for the past 30+ years has been suspended based on my Pro Se filing for Early Termination AZ DC-PHX 2:03-CR-01164-SMM-4(doc. 999) re: (998) MOTION and FTCA Form 95 157-16-NEW Re: AG Garland USDOJ with pending civil rights lawsuit and investigation by the AG and AAG Civil Rights Div Kristen Clarke.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
