Hired Attorney Rodney Melkonoff

Rodney Melkanoff and staff were just what I needed after a long, arduous battle with my SSDI claim over many years and several previous attorneys who'd let me down. He took my case post-federal remand when others would not and won me my entire award with years of backpay. He was clear and fair about their fee as well. I cannot thank them enough for all their expertise and faith in my case! Mr. Melkanoff always returned my calls and his staff treated me with prompt, courteous professionalism.

Mr. Melkonoff was very kind and very professional, he explained everything that would be expected and could be expected. He spoke to me personally and took my phone calls when necessary.

Rodney A. Melkonoff is very attentive. I would call with new information and I actually got to speak with my lawyer. I wasn't put on hold or got a message machine. I spoke to a live person who was very attentive. I also like that through the process they kept me updated. I am very happy with my lawyer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
