Mr. Mestaz is a fantastic litigator who successfully sued to recover stock from a company that I co-founded. His writing and cross-examination skills are top notch and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Mr. Mestaz saved my business. A competitor sued us for a ton of money, claiming that we stole its customers and employees. We could have lost everything we worked our whole lives for. It was incredibly stressful. But Daniel won our two week jury trial and the court awarded us our attorney fees. Mr. Mestaz is a great trial lawyer who totally outclassed the other side, particularly in his visual-electronic presentation of the evidence.
