Mr. Collins is not your run of the mill attorney; he will make certain that you make the ethical choice and what is in your family's best-interest. He will stand up for you against other less-ethical attorney's and does not back down. He is the 'junkyard dog' of attorney's. Highly recommended.

Hired Law Firm

Collins & Collins handled everything great and are excellent to work with. Since there can be some much stress as the client, it would make the experience perfect to have a written outline from start to finish of what will happen. Collins & Collins gives you all the information of what will happen, but it is hard to rememeber it all once the process actually starts.

We had a hard time getting answers to questions. Sometime it would take days before our lawyer would call us back. He was a nice guy and would answer our questions when we finally got a hold of him. The staff is very nice and the location is very easy to find. But since our Bankruptcy our lawyer has moved on.

Hired Law Firm

This law firm provided me with some of the worst service I have ever received. The lawyer I was paying to be my advocate asked me inappropriate questions and on several occasions questioned my sexuality based on conversations with my ex-husband who was high on methamphetamines at the time. I was continually frustrated by their lack of urgency, and I was charged for every phone conversation and every minute I communicated with them. If I sneezed in their general direction, I received an invoice

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
