Overcharged, during legal proceedings she acted a little too friendly with those that harmed me. Did not include all charges against employer saying it was not need, when it clearly was needed and also did that with witnessess that were willing to come to court to testify and refused to bring them in.
It is imperative that your lawyer has not only interest in your case but knowledge in the legal matter brought forth. I was over-charged for the time spent. I wasted time and money since she had no experience in my case. A lawyer that does not disclose that her speciality is not in the legal matter brought is simply absurd. Please learn from my mistake or in this case just know that she may or may not have knowledge that is needed in your case.
