Ms. Carissa Kaye Seidl

Ms. Carissa Seidl is an excellent attorney. After reading a review from another party I wanted to express my families sincere appreciation for her helping us with not one, but 3 cases. She did listen, she did explain everything, and she was so great! Ms. Seidl is also the kind of person I respect in that she is not going to stand for someone that won't listen, or that can't hear or understand what she is saying. We all know people like that. This is a great trait when your opposing attorney and/or their client is wrong and can't listen. Ms. Seidl communicated. She let us know we may not win in all three cases. She listened to our story. She reviewed all of our facts and documents. She presented it all like a the professional she is. She crushed them all three times If you can hire Ms. Seidl, do it! I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful she is. Naturally when you hire a lawyer for family court there's almost always hard feelings, contention and stress. Ms. Seidl was not only my lawyer but she was often my therapist. She's understanding, caring, she listens, and sometimes when you need it, tough love. She will be honest with you, sympathize with you, and will ALWAYS fight for you. Her understanding of family court is unmatched. I owe her my sanity!

Ms. Seidl is very good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone needing legal representation. Her professionalism is excellent, and even while she was working with an opposing counsel who ended up getting disbarred for his unethical actions, Ms. Seidl continued to maintain the high ethical standards of the Arizona State Bar, and pressed on to a successful victory in court. In my honest opinion, Carissa is a completely HORRIBLE attorney. She withdrew from my case 6 weeks before my divorce trial stating she will not continue on a case that is going to lose. I had been going through my divorce for almost 11 months and paid her close to $20,000. And after I had paid her many, many, many thousands of dollars she then walked out on my case at the very end and left me scrambling to find new representation at the 11th hour. Completely inexcusable. I plan to file a complaint with The State Bar due to her complete lack of professionalism. She is rude and disrespectful and actually told me to shut my mouth and listen to her. I would not recommend this so-called attorney to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
