Bruce T. Neel represents technology and emerging growth companies with a focus on patent licensing and technology agreements and computer, Internet, software and business method patents. He counsels companies regarding the development, protection and utilization of their intellectual property (IP) assets, and he represents clients in technology transactions across a broad range of industries including computers, software, the Internet, semiconductors, and e-commerce.

Bruce has a wide range of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of technology agreements (including patent, software, and trade secret licenses, technology development agreements, and patent and other IP acquisition agreements).
