I am extremely grateful for the professionalism show to me by Richard Traulsen and his staff at Begam & Marks Law firm. When handling my case, Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient and sensitive to my needs. He made a difficult process seem effortless. Richard was an excellent attorney and was very good with communication and getting everything done in a timely fashion, I would recommend him to Anyone in need of an attorney in this area and would use him again if needed. Very personable man and he deserved every penny he received from my settlement.

I was very skeptical in the beginning about seeking legal counsel.After meeting Mr. Traulsen my very first visit,I felt extremely comfortable and at ease.He was extremely patient and very personable.I really felt like he cared truly about me and my family as well as the horrible situation I was in.He went above and beyond my expectations,BY FAR! He ALWAYS answered my calls or returned them in a very timely manner.He answered all my questions and never kept me guessing.I highly recommend him!!
