About William C. Booth

William Booth graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2020, where he received the prestigious Kline and Specter Award for Exceptional Advocacy, the school’s highest honor for trial advocacy. Soon after, he began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Kathleen Delaney, J.S.C., in the Camden County Superior Court. During his clerkship, he assisted with the management of the Drug Court and Pre-Trial Intervention programs, gaining valuable insight into the criminal justice system and the importance of providing opportunities for rehabilitation and second chances.

Following his clerkship, William served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. In that role, he defended the state, its agencies, and employees in cases involving constitutional and employment law claims. His work provided him with a deep understanding of how government entities handle complex litigation and the importance of accountability within public institutions. After several years, William transitioned to representing plaintiffs, using his experience to advocate for individuals who had suffered harm. At a firm based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, he represented railroad workers who developed cancer due to toxic chemical exposure and individuals injured by defective medical products.

Today, William continues to blend his passion for the courtroom with his dedication to mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers. As an adjunct faculty member at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, he teaches trial advocacy and coaches competitive trial teams. Under his guidance, his teams have already achieved notable success, winning two national competitions. Through both his practice and teaching, William remains committed to the pursuit of justice and the development of skilled, ethical advocates.
