This firm is very competent in FELA/Railroad law, and the people at the firm understand both the Law and the sad reality that controls railroad employment. I can only guess, but I assume most RR cases tend to last for years. That said, I never felt like I was being treated as 'low-priority' or even 'not today'. I was usually met with quick, professional answers. I'm not the guy who calls the office every month for an update. When something happened, they let me know. +many field experts.
