Very frustrating EB2 green card process with Jack Doebley. He asked the company to post twice of my position, saying state job order missed company name, which proved was wrong later. The 2nd posting was even on LinkedIn and he had no idea why. As a result, the company got 50 resumes and was scared to continue.{para}I painfully resigned to save H1B time, got a new job, restarted the process. Hope no one else suffers what I experienced.
Mr. Doebley did not provide or is unaware of all the options available.
He told me i had to leave the USA on a certain date, the date was incorrect.
He was also very, very difficult to talk to.
I moved to another attorney that apparently knew or was aware of all the options.
I became a US Citizen not long ago.
I am so glad i decided to move to another office.
I am a US Citizen despite Mr. Doebley's incompetence.
I always remember my friend Jackie, he told me i had to leave the country on a certain date, i am applying for citizenship in a few weeks.
Quite a difficult individual, self centered, he did NOT offer me all the options. Another attorney saved me, but Jack could have destroyed my life.
