BEWARE! Stay far away from these crooks! I was told that I would be given $250 for each person I referred 5 people total (1 of them was in 2 accidents). I spoke with Shannon over a long period of time in which I was sending them clients. Shannon is very nice, and she does a great job at outright lying to gain clients. The first accident I referred was my friend, and brother in law. Shannon had no problem sending me $250 for my brother in law, but told me I would get my incentive for my friend after she saw he was consistent with going to therapy. I sent a message after he remained in therapy for a while, and she said I would have to wait until the case settles. I referred 3 people in addition to those above. When my friend received settlement I sent Shannon multiple text asking for what I was promised, and was completely ignored. I reached out to another member of their firm, and basically they didn’t pay me for 4 out of 5 referrals I sent them! Pathetic liars!
Beware of using this attorney or referring friends and loved ones to their firm! I hired Marc Sigal as my attorney but later fired him after I decided to settle out with the car insurance company for money that I very much needed it at the time to purchase a new vehicle because mine was totaled. I was told by their paralegal Shannon that I would be given a $250 referral fee for any clients I referred to them that signed with their firm. I referred a total of 6 cases to them who all signed with their firm. Shannon did Cashapp me $250 for the very first accident I referred. I later reached out to her asking for the other referral fees I was owed and she informed me that I couldn’t get paid until the firm got paid. She couldn’t pay me money. She didn’t have yet from the cases. I waited patiently for the cases to settle and one of the clients I referred left with a total of $40,000 total as his portion. When all cases were finished, I was never paid the $1000 as promised!
