Samantha Hirsch’s practice is centered on complex litigation, including collective, class, and single-plaintiff matters. Her focus is on employment litigation, defending employment disputes involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also counsels and advises employers on best practices and compliance with federal, state, and local rules and requirements.
While in law school, Samantha was one of only two women members of the Widener University Soccer Team, and also worked as an immigration paralegal, advising and counseling recent and potential immigrants to the United States, assisting clients in their applications to convert their existing visas into USC status, and applying for Political Asylum and Refugee status for individuals who were in need. Prior to law school, Samantha was an avid writer of short stories and poetry at her alma mater Penn State and Samantha was elected social chair of the Penn State Main Campus chapter of her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi.
