In addition to delays in filing which cost me tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damages, Mr. Morris lost the first eviction case based on improper paperwork on notice to quit. I was charged for a second full eviction process! He also padded the billing with inaccurate phone charges and would not respond to requests for adjustments.

Client's inaction prior to consultation caused the damages. No overcharges or padded billing as alleged. I assisted another attorney on criminal charges against client arising out of client's tenant issues at no cost to client; firm response made to client
