Raphaella Poteau’s practice spans across multiple state and federal jurisdictions, focusing on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. Raphaella has experience representing individual clients to some of the world’s largest companies on a variety of issues including professional liability, premises liability, civil rights, employment law, medical malpractice, and contract disputes. Prior to practicing law, Attorney Poteau clerked for the Honorable Joseph M. Cosgrove (ret.) in Luzerne County, PA.
While in law school, Raphaella was Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Member of the Civil Rights Law Review, a Member of the Temple American Inn of Courts, and was inducted into the prestigious Rubin Public Interest Law Society.
