Rachael C. Howell focuses her practice on the representation of catastrophically injured individuals and their families in a range of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, particularly in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, automobiles, and trucking.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Howell worked in the Homicide & Non-Fatal Shootings Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she was the lead prosecutor before Philadelphia juries in attempted murder trials. She previously worked in the Major Trials Unit trying serious felony cases.

Ms. Howell holds a B.A. in Media, Culture & Communications from New York University (2010) and earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law (2018) with concentration in trial advocacy.
