Min is an experienced attorney based in the firm’s Philadelphia office with proven successes at jury trials and arbitrations. She is a member of the General Liability Litigation practice group, and focuses her practice in litigating and defending against a wide variety of claims with an emphasis on high exposure claims. Min is an adept litigator well-versed in handling all manner of legal issues from individual cases, up to and including complex multi-district litigations.
Min joins PMT from a mid-size firm and has represented self-insured corporations and business entities in varied liability litigation matters. She also served as in-house counsel for a national insurance company, during which time she was undefeated at trial. She has researched and advised clients on diverse issues including coverage, statutory interpretation and liability issues, as well as construction contracts and negligence matters.
She was admitted to practice in Illinois (currently inactive), and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Min graduated from Oberlin College with a B.A. in Neuroscience, and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
