About Mark R. Cohen

Mark R. Cohen, Esquire, is a personal injury trial lawyer who devotes his law practice to zealously advocating for plaintiffs in premises liability cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In his over 18 years of private law practice, Mark has solely advocated for plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases. In addition to premises liability, Mark has experience advocating for plaintiffs in medical malpractice, product liability, pharmaceutical products, motor vehicle accidents, and child sexual abuse cases.

Mark served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Cape May County, Civil Division, for the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, J.S.C. (Ret.) during the 2005-2006 Court Term. Following his judicial clerkship, Mark began practicing as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mark was an attorney at a nationally recognized firm fighting for the victims and survivors of child sexual abuse.

He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2005. While at Rutgers Law, Mark was a Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy, and he was a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics. He also served as a summer associate with the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

Mark serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, Civil Trial Division. He also serves on the Eagleton Institute of Politics Alumni Committee. He is an active member of the Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Southern New Jersey.

Mark is a native of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He enjoys spending his personal time with his family and friends. His interests include hiking, walking the boardwalks at the Jersey Shore, playing basketball, watching the 76ers, Eagles, Phillies, and Rutgers sports teams compete, and reading books – biographies, history, and current events.
