I was assisted by Mr. Cushing and Brian as well. Both gentleman were very professional. They were always at the courthouse before I was and would already start plea dealings with the other side making my visit to the courthouse quicker. I went down there to review my bill because certain things were not clear and I was threatened to have the police called on me and I was calm collected didn't disrespect anybody and these are the type ofResponses I got. Lord knows you can't be black and professional and be nice and respectful and still not have the cops called on you. So how I handled it I just put my hands in the air when I left so they couldn't lie and say that I broke something when I left cuz I was not down there for that and it was just unpleasant and it said to see that this is how people that pay people money respond to them
Fay Cohen and Matthew Smith are worst attorney I have ever seen! They had no legal knowledge! I provided them my own written complaint to edit, few hours before my deadline, they provided me WRONG LEGAL ADVICE in one page indicating none of my complaints can be done, and since they will be dismissed I should not even try to write!!!!! THEY FURTHER EVEN DID NOT CHECK THE PREVIOUS PROGRESS OF MY CASE WHICH IS AVAILABLE ON ECF! I rewrote my own complaint and filed, and the court accepted my own complaint. They both refused to refund and further continued to charge me more, for the legal work which I have been doing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWFIRM, THEY ARE A GANG WITH NO LEGAL KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM!

Simply not good by any standard. Misrepresentation. Could you believe she conspired with my opponent to destroy my case for her convenience after taking a very large amount of retainer from me? A law firm that never made it possible for me to meet them in person after taking my money and claiming to represent me?
