Katie Braile is an associate in the Labor & Employment group of Margolis Edelstein’s Philadelphia office. She represents employers in complex workplace disputes involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and vicarious liability. Additionally, Katie possesses extensive knowledge of Title IX and institutional response to sexual abuse, making her adept at helping clients navigate nuanced compliance issues. Katie received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she graduated with honors. During her time there, she also served as a staff writer and editor on the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
