Josey Edelman represents clients in litigation alleging corporate negligence involving medications and medical devices, crime victims, technology and toxic exposure.
Josey is part of a team representing farmers and agricultural workers who developed neurological problems after being exposed to the herbicide Paraquat. She also contributes to the Motley Rice GLP-1 RA litigation team representing clients alleging harm from the diabetes and weight loss medications. Additionally, Josey litigates against social media companies that are accused of building addictive platforms that target children and teenage users.
While completing her legal studies, Josey gained experience as a law clerk at four law firms based in Pennsylvania where she supported various medical litigations including medical malpractice, general personal injury, and professional liability claims. Her prior professional experience as a research assistant on several health-related research studies inform her work for medical litigation plaintiffs.
Josey is an avid distance runner, having completed the Philadelphia Half Marathon in 2023.
