    failure to disclose material Information by its former chapter 11 debtor client. After extensive litigation in the bankruptcy
    district courts, the firm achieved complete success for the client in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
    Counsel to a national law firm defending against a multimillion dollar damage claim by the chapter 7 trustee of the firm's former chapter 11 debtor clients charging the firm with breaching its duties of fidelity
    confidentiality. Duane Morris achieved a settlement after intensive discovery but before trial, which involved a small contribution to the chapter 7 estates to avoid the cost of further litigation.
