My issue is not with James Alfred Bell IV, but with Dawn Cohen, apparently his attorney employee not yet listed at Lawyers.com. I experienced a wrongful termination at United Parcel Service (UPS) June 15, 2023. I mailed a written request for consult July 28. I mailed a second written request for consult September 5. After a brief conversation sometime between September 5 and 15, Miss Cohen requested emailed documents I had prepared to describe the details of the unjust termination. My personal phone went out of service the first week of October. I was still waiting for a response from Bell & Bell from September 15. Three days after I emailed Bell & Bell October 6, only to advise that I was temporarily only available via email, I received an emailed form rejection for a consult. I would thank Miss Cohen for my form rejection that took from July 28 to October 9 to receive, if I had anything further to say. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
