Howard D. Scher

U.S. Supreme Court

of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1995. In 1999, he was invited to become a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and was elected a director in 2004. Since 2004, Howard has been consistently selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list, representing the top 5 percent of attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania. He has also been selected to the Corporate Counsel Super Lawyers® list for a number of years.

Howard is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the courts in Pennsylvania and New York. He has been routinely admitted pro hac vice in several other state and federal courts.
