Graham F. Baird is the Managing Attorney of the Employment Department at the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore. Graham is an experienced trial attorney practicing in the areas of workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Graham handles all aspects of employment litigation including pre-litigation resolution, agency charges and investigations, trials in federal and state court, and appellate practice. Graham also handles civil rights claims for individual citizens who are victims of police misconduct or abuse. Graham is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Graham is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Originally from the mountain west, Graham obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Philosophy and English from Washington State University. Graham moved to Philadelphia to attend law school at Temple University. Graham believes that all employees should be treated with fairness and respect. In his spare time, Graham enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, backpacking, hiking, and fishing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
