Erik Jensen completed the work that I asked him to do, but I felt that my case got lower in priority as time went on. It took over 6 months for my cases to be completed. I had to keep calling to get answers on where things were. A couple of times I called, Jensen began to discuss other people's cases with me thinking I was someone else. I really lost the feeling that he even knew who I was. Sometimes when I would called, he would fast-talk me or rush me off the phone. I wouldn't use him again.
Do yourself a favor and don't hire him!
I was not eligible to adjust my immigration status, I was subject to a ten year bar However, Erik Jensen took my money up front and I was nearly deported because of his incompetence to practice immigration law. I only learned of this thru he and his staff continuously making mistakes in filling out all the forms(a blessing in disguise) He refused to refund my money. when I sought new council, every attorney I saw told me within the first 5 minutes of meeting them, "you're ineligible for AOS".
