My husband and I hired Benson to represent us in an automotive accident that my husband had while at work. He got us a nice settlement even though there were many obstacles with our case. Benson was always professional, courtesy, well informed. The office staff was the same. Benson also helped us with a law office that is helping us with a workers compensation that is out of state. We would definitely recommend Benson to family and friends if they would need legal representation in Pa.
Benson is not only an excellent attorney but a good man. Very knowledgeable of the law & takes you through the process step by step. Always answers your phone call(even after hours). I have retained him on 2 separate occasions & he has gotten maximum results both times. I don’t believe you’ll find a harder working more dedicated attorney in Philadelphia. The initial phone conversation was thorough. Listened and explained process of a lawsuit and of retaining his service and fees. Kept me abreast of all ongoing actions - consulted me before accepting an offer. Amazing since our contact was only by phone. Professional staff (paralegal) was also helpful and accommodating. I retained a lawyer from this firm the lawyer seemed genuine in beginning about my case later I found out that the lawyer was actually not as genuine and not professional at all I barely hear from the guy I've been left in the dark for over 6 months now concerning my case. When I tried to contact the lawyer that I've retained I received nothing but I will get back to you or maybe I'll email you but even then he would even follow through. I feel like I was either pushed aside or flat out just they didn't want to deal with me which wouldn't make any sense because my case is definitely a good case to have. I have been professional I have been courteous I even have been patient but at this point I'm done with the person I retained will be cutting ties from this firm and I do not recommend anyone going to this firm maybe unless they actually really care about doing their job for you I unfortunately did not fall under that canopy
