$220,000,000 respectively,
both transactions had short execution windows. Representation consisted of negotiation of loan documents as borrower's counsel, as well as general due diligence related thereto.
Represented one of America's wealthiest family office companies in connection with the development of multiple industrial buildings located throughout the United States. Transaction size of approximately $50,000,000 to $100,000,000 per development. Transaction duties included negotiation of construction loan documents as borrower's counsel
general due diligence related thereto. Transactions often involve build-to-suit projects for national retail
e-commerce tenants.
Represented a Philadelphia-based REIT in the $383,000,000 joint venture acquisition of a prominent office building
the related mortgage financing. The acquisition included acquiring interests in an existing private REIT.
Represented a regional real estate developer in the $215,000,000 acquisition
financing of a 30+ property portfolio of industrial properties located throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Representation also included a joint venture with a global private equity firm. Transaction duties included negotiating the portfolio purchase agreement
joint venture documents, providing counsel on deal structure,
quarterbacking due diligence efforts.

a New York-based real estate developer in the round-trip joint venture acquisition, financing,
later disposition of a 30+ property portfolio of industrial properties located in southeastern New Jersey.
