Carolyn is a shareholder at Marshall Dennehey with a diverse practice in casualty litigation, primarily focusing on the defense of asbestos litigation matters. She also provides legal counsel to clients in a variety of other areas including premises and automobile liability.
With almost 20 years of litigation and trial experience, Carolyn has defended private homeowners, homeowners associations and retail owners, to name a few, in premises liability matters that range from slip and falls to catastrophic personal injury cases. Additionally, she routinely handles personal injury matters related to auto liability.
Carolyn’s client-centric practice focuses on communication, building trusting relationships, and listening to uncover pain points and initiate a thoughtful, strategic plan for a solution.
She graduated from Ursinus College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and a minor in Sociology. Her background as a health physicist, and early years working at Merck & Co., provide an edge and unique perspective when handling cases involving asbestos and toxic tort litigation.
