I recently had the opportunity to work with Brian J. Foley regarding an online defamation case. I’ve been extremely impressed with his professionalism and approach. He responded quickly to my inquiry; from the first consultation he genuinely listened to my concerns and understood the nuances of my situation. Instead of offering a generic solution, he worked with me to formulate a tailored plan while considering my opinions/preferences. What set him apart was not just his strong knowledge of defamation law, which gave me confidence in his ability to represent me. This was on top of his client-centered approach. I never felt pressured, unlike with other consultations I’ve had. He was easy to talk to, understanding, and genuinely cared about my case. Though my situation is still pending, I feel confident having him represent me. His pricing is fair/transparent.
