Brennen A. McCurdy, Esq., is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to securing justice for individuals and families harmed by negligence. He brings a client-first approach informed by meaningful litigation experience and a strong academic foundation. Brennen graduated cum laude from Bryn Athyn College in 2019 and earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, also cum laude, in 2023. During law school, he was a semifinalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition and competed in the Student Trial Advocacy Competition ("STAC") hosted by the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"), winning both of his trial rounds.
Before representing injured plaintiffs, Brennen worked in insurance defense representing insured and self-insured entities in personal injury lawsuits. He now leverages that inside perspective to anticipate carrier tactics, build stronger cases, and maximize recovery for his clients. His background equips him to evaluate liability and damages swiftly, negotiate strategically, and prepare every case as if it will go to trial. His practice focuses on motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability matters, negligent security, and other negligence-based injury claims.
Outside the office, Brennen enjoys spending time at the shore with his wife and two children. When not with family, he can be found on the nearest tennis court or soccer field
