Represented a community bank in connection with a construction loan secured by numerous parcels of real property spanning across three counties in Pennsylvania including cooperation
negotiations with additional funding sources for the project.

assignment of existing loan secured by a commercial shopping center.
Represented a lending institution in connection with (i) predevelopment financing for an affordable housing development

Represented a national bank in connection with a revolving line of credit to a home builder secured by numerous single-family residences.
