Do I have a case if I found a piece of tile in some chili cheese fries I ate from Carl’s Jr?

If you didn't suffer any real injury, other than the emotional distress now associated with eating Carl's Jr. food, the existence of foreign substance in your food provides a legal basis to sue, but given the absence of physical injury not sure it is worth pursuing.

Not enough info here. collecting what and for what reason? Why would an insurance co owe you for a gunshot injury. That is a criminal act. Most insurance is for negligent acts. I don't think you can get insurance to cover criminal acts.give me more info please.

Whatever the original sentence was. Your sentence is whatever it is, suspended and you are put on probation. The sentence hangs fire until you violate probation.
