If you had your trial heard before a judge, then he has to issue a decision 90 days after the case was submitted to him (this is not the date that you ha your trial, but the date that the judge receives the file). Talk to your attorney of if you are unrepresented, contact the judge's office and ask.

Worker's comp covers medical expenses and time out of work. You cannot sue your employer for negligence and damages for "pain and suffering" is not available. If you have a permanent injury, you may be able to get a "schedule award" which is based on a formula depending on the extent of your disability and your rate of pay, offset by payments that you have already received. But: you should get some advice as to whether the schedule award is your best option. Depending on your situation, you may be better off getting disability payments and having your medical expenses taken care of. There may be another possibility, if there some party other than your employer who caused the accident, such as a maintenance company.

Is it considered false advertisement if what I got was an alternative diploma instead of a high school diploma that they advertised?

I would say it depends on what disclaimers were posted or provided you by the facility which provided you the diploma. If you contact an attorney's office in your area and have all the information you were provided by the facility, that attorney might be able to form a better opinion on the matter.
