If my husband hit me and no cops were called, but we started going to couples counseling, can charges be brought against him anyway?

Yes charges can be brought against him against your wishes. Many states have laws making it illegal for therapist not to report suspected abuse.

Last Wed my 2 year old son had dental work done and when he was brought back out afterward he had very bad bruising to his head. Do i have a case?

Assuming the bruising resolves you likely do not have a financially viable medical malpractice case. If the damages are more extensive, you should consult a local medical malpractice attorney.

What should I do after a car accident?

Paul L. Whitfield

You make sure to get medical care, otherwise the insurance carrier will ignore your complaints of pain. Get you a personal injury lawyer. Show up in traffic court and hope the bad guy gets convicted of hit and run. The insurance carrier would normally be expected to pay a claim like this (unless the car was stolen).
