Do I have any recourse after a collision with an uninsured driver? How?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
There are a few possibilities. In all likelihood to the other driver was violating at least one law by not having insurance. In many states there is a safety responsibility law that a victim can use to suspend the driving privilege of and uninsured driver. You can also sue him personally, of course, and garnishee his wages or other property that is not exams. Consult a personal injury lawyer for more detail.

Can I sue the person that brutally attacked me?

Jeffrey Nelson Powers
Answered by attorney Jeffrey Nelson Powers (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Powers Beechers
I think you have a claim against the person who assaulted you at the home.  I need more information on whether the homeowner knew that the assailant was going to attack you or had a propensity for violence.  Normally, the landowner/homeowner is not responsible for attacks on others such as yourself.  I would encourage you to find out who the person is.

Am I violating my unsupervised probation if the alcohol evaluation was not yet completed?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
IF you have NOT completed all of the terms and conditions of your probation, you have violated your probation and can be made to serve jail time. SO, I recommend that you complete what you were directed to complete.
