An automatic stay is imposed by Federal Law when an entity files for bankruptcy. So your lawsuit may not proceed while the hospital is in bankruptcy. The hospital should have a policy of liability insurance which covers, in whole or in part, any damages awarded to you because of the accident. The hospital's bankruptcy filing does not effect the insurance company's obligation to indemnify the hospital ( Pay your damages up to the limits of liability coverage under the policy) for your accident.

Will you be trespassing to get them? Yeah, they are probably his. If you don't want him to have the apples, cut the branches from his yard.

Why can’t I take her back to court where the judge can do something about the loan?

YOU HAVE A JUDGMENT. There is nothing for a judge to do. The sheriff will attempt to collect this for you if you follow the proper procedures with his office. no one is going to get worked up over a $700 debt and you can't find legal help because it will cost more than it is worth. as long as you have a judgment it will haunt her credit for years to come and she may pay it with interest.
