Can I sue for my child getting injured on a field trip?

Paul L. Whitfield

Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
You really don't have a case. there is no guarantee that your child wont fall or be pushed by another child, and the school is not liable for that. scratches? What will you get for scratches in court? A hundred, a few hundred? How are you going to pay your lawyer?
